How do I know if NRT is covered by my benefits?
In Step 1, take the survey to personalize your Quit Plan and get your NRT recommendation. You’ll see your recommended NRT and what your benefits cover. Please call us at 1-866-784-8454 if you need additional support!
Why do I need to have a medical form signed by my doctor, and how do I download it?
Depending on your health history, you may need a doctor’s approval before your NRT medication can be shipped to you.
The first step is to download the Medical Override Form.
On the Web:
- Hover over your name and click Profile.
- Under Shipments, click Download Form.
- Follow the instructions included.
On the App:
- Tap Profile from the navigation tray.
- Under Shipments, tap Email Form.
- Follow the instructions included.
When will my NRT be delivered?
Please view your NRT recommendation under your Profile to learn where to get your NRT medication. Your NRT will be shipped to you before your Quit Date, so you can start taking it on your Quit Date. You can track your shipment at any time.
On the Web:
- Hover over your name and click Profile.
- Under Shipments, you will see the status of Ordered, Shipped, and Delivered.
- You can click Track Shipment for more shipping information.
On the App:
- Tap Profile in the navigation tray.
- Under Your Shipments, you’ll see your order status.
- Tap on Quit Kit.
- You can tap Track Shipment for more shipping information.
What happens if my NRT medication doesn’t work for me, or I have a bad reaction?
If your recommended nicotine replacement therapy isn’t working for you, please chat with a coach or call us at 1-866-784-8454.
If you have a bad reaction, stop taking the medication and speak with a doctor. In an emergency or if urgent care is needed, please contact 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
What happens if I relapse?
Relapsing isn’t a disaster. Slips are very common, and coaches know how to help! Call 1-866-784-8454 to check in with a coach to get back on track!
