How do I join my group session?

You can connect to your group session using the Rally Coach website or App. After logging in, you’ll see your upcoming Group Session card on your Dashboard, counting down the time until the event. A Join Now button will appear five minutes before your scheduled start time. Click “Join Now” to connect. Your camera and microphone are off by default, and while you’re encouraged to participate in the chat, you’re not required to.

How do I schedule a makeup session?

When you need to miss a scheduled group session, you have the option to stay on track by scheduling a makeup session before or after missing the class.

 Before your scheduled group session:

1. Click “Schedule” on the website or app
2. Click “Reschedule” at the bottom of the Group Session card
3. Click through each day to find a day and time that works for you
4. Click “Schedule” to save the selected date and time to add to your Schedule

After your scheduled group session:

1. Click “Schedule Now” at the bottom of the Missed Class card that appears on your Dashboard 
2. Click through each day to find a day and time that works for you**
3. Click “Schedule” to save the selected date and time to add to your Schedule

You have until the day before your next regularly scheduled group session to attend a makeup session.

**Note: Availability for makeup sessions is limited. Please schedule a 1-on-1 with your coach if you are unable to find a make-up session.

How do I schedule a 1-on-1 session?

While you’re participating in the Real Appeal Rx, you will be eligible for 1-on-1 sessions with your coach. Participation is highly recommended as they have proven to impact member success. You will book one 1-on-1 meeting per session each week (from the day after your group session to the day before your next group session). 

Your very first 1-on-1 session is approximately 25 minutes, and subsequent sessions will be 12-15 minutes to continue to check in and provide some accountability with goals. 

Follow the instructions below to schedule the 1-on-1:

1. From the Dashboard on the Rally Coach app or website, click “Schedule”
2. From Schedule, if you have access to 1-on-1s, you’ll see an image asking if you “Need extra time with your coach?” Select “Schedule” from that card. 
3. When the scheduling screen appears, browse through the days to find a date and time that works for you. 
4. Tap on the day and time and then select ‘Schedule’ 
5. A confirmation screen will appear. 
6. Just like your group session, you’ll see a card with a countdown to your 1-on-1 event. A “Join Now” button appears 5 minutes before the official start time.

Can I call into sessions?

Real Appeal Rx is a virtual program, and telephonic sessions are not available. Our sessions are conducted through live streaming video, and you can participate in your weekly sessions from a computer, smartphone, or tablet using the Rally Coach app.
