Tracking Overview

Updated on July 29, 2026

Why should I track?

Beyond just numbers, tracking allows us to be proactive and uncover trends. Consistent tracking provides the information we need to stay motivated and on the right path. The goal is to build awareness of what and how much you’re eating, which can help double your weight-loss efforts or lower your blood sugar. It’s important to find a tracking method that works for you. For example, using pen and paper, taking a photo of your food, and logging it when you have more time. Feel free to experiment until you find a method that suits your personality and schedule.
