The Real Appeal® Success Kit contains:

- Balanced Portion Plate
- Access to Fitness on Demand through your Dashboard
Each member gets one kit. Some similar items can be found at many retail and online stores. Your Success Kit will be shipped once you attend your first live group session with your coach. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Fitness on Demand will be available the next day via the app or your website Dashboard. This will be accessible to members as long as they are active in the program.
How do I change my starting weight?
We can only update your weight to full-pound increments (no fractional amounts) within the first 30 days of your enrollment. Please call our Support Team for assistance, 1-844-924-7325, Monday-Friday, between 7am – 7pm CT.
